(Please use your account and password on Academic Information System to log in)

1.Mark the corresponding selection for the venue you wish to use.

2.Confirm if you have the proper payment amount then print out and fill in the application form.

3.Bring the application form to the first floor of the administration building and pay the required fee.

4.Prepare your payment receipt and the application form to the office in the physical education center during working hours (09:00 - 17:00) on a weekday to recieve the permit.

5.For alumni's, please download and fill out the application for yourselves and apply at the office.
